River Bend Center is pleased to announce the addition of two additional High Capacity Emergency Motor Generators at our Springdale Campus. The addition of this equipment brings the total number of emergency motor generators up to eleven (11) units. These generators along with various UPS systems help support the continuous power requirements of our occupants. Occupants at River Bend Center experienced Zero Down Time during the power outage that crippled the northeast on August 14, 2003.

River Bend Center boasts a number of other amenities not the least of which is convenience. We are located one hour away from Manhattan by car via I-95 or the Merritt Parkway. Metro North trains are scheduled almost hourly and carry passengers to River Bend from Grand Central Station. Our complex is interconnected by the latest in technological advances and infrastructure. River Bend is pleased to announce the introduction of our new River Bend Shuttle Service. This new courtesy shuttle van service will be available to all residents of River Bend Center. The courtesy van will shuttle passengers between the River Bend Campus and the Stamford Transportation Center free of charge. River Bend occupants just show the shuttle driver their River Bend identification badge and then board the van. It's as easy as that!

Trips will be scheduled Monday through Friday morning and afternoon. We hope to institute this new service prior to the end of January 2002.

RIVER BEND CENTER is pleased to announce plans for the addition of a new elevator and lobby at River Bend 12. The new elevator and lobby have been designed by the architectural firm of William Murphy & Associates.

These additional amenities will be located on the northwest corner of the building. They have been designed to service exclusively the 24,000 square feet of rentable space on the second floor.

The addition of the new elevator will bring the number of elevators in the building to three. It is estimated that this construction will be complete by March 1, 2000.

Enclosed is a conceptual drawing of the west side of the building. The new elevator and lobby are indicated on the left of the drawing.

The new elevator and lobby design is sure to make a positive impression and convey a strong corporate image. River Bend 12 houses the Stamford branch of Sacred Heart University. The building also has redundant fiber optic service and is within walking distance to the Springdale Railroad Station.

It is with pleasure that we welcome eSourceOne to River Bend Center’s Stamford Campus. The company recently signed a Lease for approximately 11,000 square feet of space on the first floor of River Bend 9.

The company provides Human Resource Services to small and medium sized businesses over the Internet. Like most "Dot.com" companies, eSourceOne was concerned about rapid growth and the ability to expand. River Bend was their location of choice because of the expansion options available here and because of our telecommunications options.

As Stamford’s only "Smart Park", River Bend Center is quickly becoming the location of choice for a cluster of "Dot.com" companies who have the option of three (3) fiber-optic services as well as two (2) Land line connections to the Group W satellite dish farm for up-link satellite transmissions.

In discussions that led to this Leasing Agreement, Kenneth Salzman of Newmark represented eSourceOne.
