10 River Bend South is a 30,564 sq.ft. high ceiling, flex building with 10,000 sq. ft. of (clear-span) display space. It is within walking distance of the Springdale Railroad Station and serviced by our own shuttle bus service which runs twice daily (to the Stamford transportation Center).
